1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship orders through trusted courier partners across India.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer for delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available for most locations in India.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restrictions on your account.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/phone.

  • You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Delays in Delivery

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

    • Courier service issues

    • Weather conditions

    • Public holidays or unforeseen events

  • LK Dry Fruits is not liable for such delays but will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Our team will review the case and provide a resolution at our discretion.
